Too often in small companies, the act of proactive selling gets forgotten in the face of an urgent 'To Do list' of business operations. With this in mind, it's important to adopt a clearly defined sales process and a daily practice that supports it.

Ascendant's 9-step Authentic Selling Process gives you (and your salespeople) the structure and flow to consistently develop mutually valuable partnerships (MVPs) with your potentials and your clients, essentially creating clients for life. Our process is based on three key principles:

  1. Know yourself.
  2. Be truly curious about your potentials and their needs.
  3. Be persistent without attachment.

In this course, we build upon the foundation of these principles and delve deeply into each step of the sales process.

Authentic Selling is highly experiential and interactive, with opportunities to practice specific skills at each step. This practice will provide you more confidence in facing potentials in the field or on the phone. Our intention is to teach you how to utilize this process so that you can implement it with the salespeople in your organization. We can also take the program inside your organization to train your sales team.

In this three-month program, you'll learn how to:

  • Utilize a natural, step-by-step sales process to convert potentials to clients more effectively
  • Claim and clarify your (and your company's) value in a way that moves potentials to want what you're offering
  • Initiate conversations that create an environment for gaining commitment
  • Bring in more clients and customers with less effort and more confidence
  • Create longer-lasting and deeper client relationships and MVPs
  • Increase and sustain your sales with greater predictability

  • 3-day intensive launch training
  • 2-day Sales Rally at 3 months
  • 3 monthly facilitated TQA (Tips, Questions and Answers) conference calls
