In this training, we teach you how to better understand the key management levers to help you streamline your business; to free up your time to do the most important work in your company. We explore the key leverage points of people, processes and technology. And we teach you how to understand financial and operational metrics, providing you a variety of systems, templates and frameworks to better manage your business.

In this three-month course, you'll develop:
