In this training, we explore two sides of you as a leader: the 'inner game' - your interior qualities and beliefs - as well as the 'outer game' - those external dynamics, strategies and tactics leaders use to grow and nourish their businesses. We show you how to bridge both to maximize your effectiveness as a leader, making clear how this Inside-Out process is key to developing your full leadership potential. Through our interactive, experiential approach, you'll uncover hidden talents, tap new strengths and increase your personal power.

Our Four Powers of Leadership™ model helps you access the four core qualities that shape the potency of your leadership: Presence, Compassion, Wisdom and Intention.
